Black Crepe Cardstock, 80# Cover Weight Textured Paper

Run your thumb across a sheet and you feel ridges, like fine crinkled fabric. It bends in your hand, but it's still 80 lb cover, so it holds up as a card, a sign, or a mat behind a photo.

This paper comes from a mill in Peoria, Illinois that makes crepe for industrial jobs like bag closures and filters. We had it sheeted and cut it down for artists, printers, and card makers. It's a limited run. When it's gone, it may not come back.

Pick your texture direction: every size comes in Long or Short. Choose it in the options above before you add to cart, and we cut your sheets that way.

• Deep crepe texture: ridges run in one direction across the whole sheet.
• Soft and flexible: bends and folds without the stiff snap of smooth cardstock.
• Made for light ink: white and metallic gel pens, chalk markers, paint pens, and opaque white pop against the black.
• A dark frame: makes photos and bright papers stand out when you layer them on top.

• Weight: 80 lb cover, 212 gsm, about twice as thick as 70 lb text paper
• Thickness: .0165" caliper
• Made in the USA: milled from recycled fiber in Peoria, Illinois
• Texture direction: pick Long or Short in the options above. Long runs the ridges along the long side of the sheet (up and down the 11" side of an 8.5x11). Short runs them across the short side. The direction guide in the photos shows both. Squares (4x4) have no long side, so they ship one way.
• Printers: standard black and color printer ink won't show on black paper. Use white or metallic ink, or pens and paint.

We cut every order to size in our Nampa, Idaho shop, pack it flat between chipboard front and back, and shrink wrap it. Need more than 100 sheets, or a size you don't see? Email us and we'll quote it.

• Check the heaviest paper your printer takes. It is in the manual or on the paper tray.
• Set the paper type to Cardstock or Heavy.
• If your printer has a rear or manual tray, feed one sheet at a time from there.
• Print one test sheet before the full run.
